Paidin's fee

Paidin charges 4.8 percent (excluding VAT) of your invoice amount to handle all administration, accounting, taxes, and salary payments. This is among the market's lower fees. Other umbrella companies typically charge between 3.5 and 8 percent.

Bonus: Your first invoice is completely free, no fee at all.

Other costs

In addition to the administrative fee, the following are deducted from your invoice amount, just as in regular employment:

  • Employer contributions (31.42% according to 2026 percentage rates)

  • Income tax (30%)

  • Holiday pay (12%, included in the salary payment or can be saved)

This means that if a client pays 100,000 SEK for your assignment, these costs are deducted before you receive your salary.

We naturally adjust the employer contribution based on your age and applicable rules.

Example

If you invoice 10,000 SEK:

  • Paidin's fee: 480 SEK
  • Employer contributions: 2,276 SEK
  • Income tax: 2,173 SEK
  • Holiday pay: included in your net salary
  • Your salary: 5,071 SEK
