Your first invoice at Paidin is completely free of service fees, regardless of amount. Whether you invoice SEK 5,000 or SEK 100,000, you pay no fee at all on your first invoice.

How does it work?

The service fee that is normally deducted from the invoice amount is removed entirely for your first invoice. Everything else works as usual: Paidin handles employer contributions, tax and payout, and you receive your salary the next banking day after your client pays. You do not need to do anything extra.

You see it directly in the salary calculation

Once you have created your first invoice, open the salary calculation to see exactly what you receive. No service fee is deducted there and your net salary is calculated entirely without a fee, so you see the amount you will actually earn before you even send the invoice. The offer applies to the first invoice you send.

Regardless of amount

Unlike many competitors, there is no limit on the amount. If your first invoice is for SEK 100,000, you save SEK 2,900 straight away (at the 2.9 % rate). This means you can try Paidin fully, with a real assignment, at no cost.

What is included?

Everything that is included for regular invoices also applies to your first free invoice: professional invoicing, handling of VAT and employer contributions, payslip, occupational pension via SPP, and personal support. No add-ons, no hidden fees.

After your first invoice

From the second invoice onwards, Paidin's tiered pricing applies: 4.8 % for invoices under SEK 20,000, 3.6 % between SEK 20,000 and 49,999, and 2.9 % at SEK 50,000 or more. No minimum fee.
