Do I need an invoice template?

No. You do not need your own invoice template when invoicing through Paidin. You enter the invoice text (assignment description), amount and customer information in the portal, and Paidin creates a complete invoice with all required details such as organisation number, VAT amount and payment terms.

What is included in the invoice?

Paidin's invoices contain everything required by law: sender details, recipient details, invoice number, date, VAT specification, payment terms and bank details. The invoice is sent to the customer by email, e-invoice or post.

Can I customise the invoice?

You enter the assignment description, number of hours or fixed price, and any expenses. Paidin formats and sends the invoice for you.
