No. When you invoice through Paidin, you do not need an F-tax certificate. The invoices you send go through Paidin's F-tax certificate. You can invoice as a private individual without F-tax.

What is the difference compared to having my own company?

If you run a sole proprietorship or limited company, you need your own F-tax certificate and handle tax, VAT and employer contributions yourself. With umbrella employment through Paidin, you avoid all of that. Paidin deducts tax and pays employer contributions before your salary is paid out.

How do I file my tax return?

Your income through Paidin is reported as regular employment income. It is pre-filled in your personal tax return at the Swedish Tax Agency, just like a salary from any employer.
