Service fee and tiered pricing
What is the service fee?
The service fee is the fee Paidin charges for handling your invoice, salary payout, employer contributions, tax and occupational pension. The fee is calculated on the invoice amount excluding VAT and is automatically deducted at payout.
The tiered model
The fee adjusts to the invoice amount. The more you invoice, the lower the percentage you pay.
| Invoice amount (excl. VAT) | Service fee |
|---|---|
| Under SEK 20,000 | 4.8 % |
| SEK 20,000 – 49,999 | 3.6 % |
| SEK 50,000 and above | 2.9 % |
The fee applies per invoice. Each invoice is assessed individually based on its amount.
No minimum fee
There is no minimum fixed fee. You only pay the percentage, nothing more. If you invoice SEK 500, you pay SEK 24 in service fee. No hidden fees.

First invoice free
Your first invoice at Paidin is completely free of service fees, regardless of amount. This means you can try the service fully at no cost.
FastPay
The tiered pricing applies to standard payout, where you receive your salary the next banking day after the client pays. FastPay (advance on salary before the client pays) is an optional add-on with a separate fee.
